Answering FAQ about our Services

Though we would love to provide a specific answer to this question, the reality is that SEO is a never-ending endeavor. Businesses can’t “win” at SEO and then halt their efforts; staying on top by sustaining traffic and increasing conversions will require ongoing efforts and adjustments to Google’s evolving algorithms. Additionally, each business will have different hurdles to overcome to meet their goals. While it may take one business two months to reach certain goals, it could take another twice as a long based on their industry competition, current site design, etc.

It most certainly will! More people are accessing the web via small screens than ever, and the trend is likely to carry on. If your site doesn’t display or work properly on a mobile or tablet screen, you risk losing a big chunk of your potential audience. It means mobile responsive web design is essential these days. Every website we create is mobile responsive.

Shared Hosting is a regular low-cost web hosting solution suitable for the vast majority of personal and small business web sites, and is provided under our Solo and Startup plans. For those customers with demanding or high traffic sites, or for those looking to host a web site with faster speeds, Business Hosting is recommended - these are all the plans with "Performance" in the title. These plans include more resources (up to 5 CPU Cores & 8GB RAM) and also include caching technology to make sites incredibly fast, with LiteSpeed server-side page cache, along with Redis and Memcached backend caches.
We'd recommend our Business hosting plans for e-commerce stores, high traffic sites, or for those customers who want to leverage our server side caching technology so that their site loads as fast as possible.

Yes – the more detail you are able to provide, the better. You can either attach logos and any supporting materials to your design brief when placing your order, or simply email us at artwork@gblogodesign.co.uk with your order number and contact details. If you don’t have any – don’t worry, we can always take the lead if that’s what you prefer.

It’s a good question indeed. Everything depends on your technical and editing skills and can be really time-consuming.

The turnaround time for a logo from sales to completion is typically 2-3 weeks, subject to my workload which will be discussed before any payments are made. Timescales are also dependent on response time, and any additional changes to designs.
